We took Brenna out trick-or-treating on Halloween. She was so excited to dress as a pirate. I took her around a few houses by where we live and then to a few houses in Morgan by some friends of ours. We were told there was a trunk-or-treat at the church down the road from our house but by the time we got there it was over. It had started at 6 and we got tehre at 6:45ish and everybody was already gone. We were going to try to hit a few more houses by the church since that was where my ward was before it was split so I knew people there, but everyone had gone to the trunk-or-treat. WE called it a night and went home. Brenna had fun though and she got to keep all the candy that her Papa had bought for trick-or-treaters since we got a whopping 3 (my neighbor's kids). She also got loaded up with candy at daycare that day cuz we had a party and most of the parents had brought treats to share. It was the first year that Jason really got to take Brenna around since last year he had to work and the year before she was just a baby.
Here's a glimpse into our crazy life =) But I wouldn't trade it for anything else!!!

Halloween Carnival
Last night (Friday night) we had a little Halloween carnival at my work. It was a long day at work since i was there from 7:30 am until 9ish pm. I got to be in charge of "Feely boxes." We put gross stuff like monster guts (gummy worms and hair gel), Werewolf intestines (spaghetti noodles and chocolate pudding), dragon eyes (hard boiled eggs and oil), and bat boogers (marshmallows and water) in tubs and had the kids put their hands in it and feel around. It was fun grossing them out. I had one of the girls i work with do my make-up and had half my face look really gross like i was a leper and had bloody scars and stuff and then the other side of my face was normal and cute. I also did half my hair crazy and half normal. Most of the 2-year old that i teach were scared of me. It was kinda funny (i know i'm cruel). Jason brought Brenna down to it and she was so excited to wear her pirate costume. She was scared to death of the little haunted house we did and wouldn't even go near the stairs of the room we had it in. She had plenty of fun stuff to do though. She got to go pumpkin bowling and pin a face on the mummy. She got a pumpkin tattoo and lots of candy. She was the cutest pirate!! Argh a'matey! Where's my treasure?!

Intro
I decided to jump on the bandwagon and start a blog since everyone I know has one. Here's a quick intro about us (I know most of you know us but you'll just have to either read it or skip this part). My name is Trinity and my hubby is Jason. I grew up in Morgan, UT and Jason grew up in Laughlin, NV. We met in Laughlin after I went to stay with my mom for the summer. I saw him at church and thought he was pretty cute but I thought he had a girlfriend but I decided I was going to get a date with him anyway. Come to find out, the girl I thought was his girlfriend wasn't (although she wanted to be, I'll talk about that story another time). He asked me out Memorial weekend of '03 and from that point on we spent pretty much every day together. He proposed to me on August 19th. We got married December 26, 2003 (I know, I know, our families hated the day). While we were in Logan going to USU little miss Brenna Kay Hansen joined our family on May 20, 2005. she is the cutest little girl ever. She is very sassy, opinionated, stubborn, and smart (I have no idea where she could have inherited those traits ;) ). We just finished potty training her. yay!!!!!! We are currently living in Morgan, mooching off my dad while Jason is going to school. I work at a day care where I get to take Brenna to work with me, which is good and bad. So, That's us in a nutshell. I hope I can keep up on this and keep everyone posted.
